Intel has made significant progress in GPU driver releases. The company now often beats competitors in being the first to support new titles. However, the pace of GPU release is not as important as game optimizations. Further performance improvements are reportedly added to the new "4311" driver, bringing a few percent higher performance over the previous release.

The most significant boost gamers will see in the Dead Space Remake. Intel is claiming up to 63% higher performance with the new driver, but this is very likely because the previous release was simply not optimized for this game at all.

F1 22 (DX12)

Dying Light 2 Stay Human (DX12)

Dirt 5 (DX12)

Deathloop (DX12)

Other games show more believable results, between 4% to 17% depending on the game settings. Interestingly, many of these games were tested with ray tracing, as those numbers have also improved.

Intel is making sure gamers notice how affordable the Arc A750 GPU is, now retailing at $249. It may have less memory than RTX 3060 12GB, which retails at around $388, but it is still enough to beat NVIDIA GPU in most games at 1080p and 1440p resolutions. The company claims that their card is 10% faster and offers 72% performance per dollar (1440p resolution) compared to NVIDIA GPU in games such as Total War Warhammer III.
