Chelsea House Announces Debut of Shayla Copas Collection
National award-winning designer, author and influencer Shayla Copas announces the launch of her product lines with home decor manufacturer Chelsea House. The Shayla Copas Collection for Chelsea House includes accessories, mirrors, accent furniture and lighting based on Copas’ signature sophisticated yet playful design style.
The collection's official launch will take place in June of 2021 at High Point Market. Many of Shayla's designs will be on display in the Chelsea House showroom at 200 Hamilton Street. Although the debut has been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the collaboration between Copas and Chelsea House has already made a substantial splash in the industry.
Shayla will also be showing a sneak peek of her new outdoor fabric collection designed in collaboration with POLYWOOD + Revolution Fabrics. This line of sustainable fabrics features vibrant, tasteful palettes and eye-catching patterns inspired by Shayla's love of travel, fashion and color.
High Point Market attendees are encouraged to join Shayla Copas and Chelsea House at the showroom to celebrate the products on Saturday, June 5th from 4-6 PM. The celebration, Jazz in the Courtyard, will feature live jazz music, cocktails, and the opportunity to preview the designs with Shayla.
"It has been a true pleasure working with Shayla," said Pam Cain, president, Chelsea House. "Her designs are timeless, yet fresh — a stunning addition to any home. We are just thrilled to see Shayla's products coming to life in our showrooms."
"I couldn't be more grateful to Chelsea House. I have put so much heart and soul into designing this line," says Copas. "Chelsea House has been an outstanding partner and I am elated by the results we are seeing — both in the manufacturing of the products and the industry's interest in them."
The debut of the Shayla Copas Collection for Chelsea House will follow a design theme created by Copas that is carried across multiple original lighting and accent furniture items. Also included in the collection are porcelain, glass and metal decorative pieces that continue in the sophisticated yet whimsical theme.
