Delta is bringing together an ecosystem of digital services and experiences to create Delta Sync, its vision for personalized travel that will make every trip feel fit for you.

Rolling out in 2023, Delta Sync is underpinned by SkyMiles membership and catalyzed through free Wi-Fi to deliver personalized and exclusive in-flight entertainment, more ways to enjoy your favorite onboard food and beverage, and exclusive partnerships with top consumer brands coming this year.

As initial Delta Sync experiences roll out in 2023, the airline is taking a step forward in making every trip feel fit for you. At CES 2023, Bastian shared a vision for a new standard of personalized travel, with an ecosystem of experiences that put customer needs and preferences at the center of the journey.

Delta's newest and most innovative customer experience enhancements are unlocked by Delta SkyMiles Membership. Members will have early access to elements of Delta's future travel experience through the power of Delta Sync.

In partnership with T-Mobile, Delta will offer fast, free Wi-Fi to all Delta SkyMiles Members on board most domestic mainline flights beginning Feb. 1, the first US global carrier to offer availability of free Wi-Fi as a core element of its customer experience.

Designed to power Delta's vision of more personalized travel, free Wi-Fi is built on Delta's industry-leading loyalty program. In the coming months, Delta SkyMiles Members will find exclusive offers, access and entertainment on the Delta Sync Exclusives hub. Delta plans to unveil Delta Sync Exclusives hub later this spring.

The all-new in-flight entertainment system is designed to offer more of what customers would find on their home smart TV. With food and beverage ordering in First Class, curated content recommendations, real-time seatback flight notifications and more, Delta plans to introduce early versions of the system this summer.

Currently available in Atlanta and Detroit, Delta Sync facial matching is already helping customers save time and hassle as part of the check-in process. Delta SkyMiles Members who opt into Delta Sync facial matching can enjoy seamless baggage drop, security and boarding without the hassle of pulling out their ID or boarding pass.
